New features
PBXDom now supports Amazon Connect.
If you are one of the Amazon Connect users, now you can easily have more and detailed dashboards and widgets from the status of your call on PBXDom.
Collector old data import tools
Now, PBXDom Collector software can automatically load your old call information from previous years on your PBXDom account. Therefore, you will have access to more sets of data when generating reports.
White List
By taking advantage of the White List capability on PBXDom, you can create a list of all the extensions you are interested in having their information on your reports and eliminating some of the unrelated calls data. White List, along with Exclude Extension, which was introduced in the past, gives the users a range of capabilities for accessing call information.
Add page length in reports (200, 500, or more)
In the Reports section, now, you can change the rows of information to 200 or 500 records. Plus, your preferred settings will be saved and never reset back after each time of generating reports.
Smart report sorting based on usage
Now, the reports which athe users frequently usewill be ranked right at the top of the list. So, there is no need to bother yourself to look for them on the menu list.
Add Rows setting in all data-table widgets.
In all data-table widgets, like Last Incoming Calls or Last Outgoing Calls, only 6 rows of the last calls used to be shown to the users. Now, you are able to refer to the widgets settings and change the number of displayed rows and have access to more information.
Improvements
Faster widgets
In the Dashboard section, some great improvements have been made for increasing up widget’s performance speed. Now, many of the widgets can be displayed two times faster.
Collector security improvement
There are a lot of security improvements in PBXDom Collector software. So, the security of the sent data is guaranteed.
