Dashboard Sharing with Google URL Shortener capability
From now on, you can have a shortened Google URL for sharing your dashboard. You can also delete the created URL links from the URL Manager under the Account settings section.
New features button on the main page
Now you can get notified of the latest new features on PBXDom by clicking on the gift box icon on the top-right of the main page.
Real-time Connection indicator
If your PBX supports real-time capability, which PBXDom already supports, you can find the real-time connection status with the help of the designed indicator right at the top of the page. This feature works only if the PBX supports real-time capability.
Added new filtering fields to Advanced Call Report
Advanced Call Report is now more powerful to offer more advanced and convenient searches. One of the most important changes to the Advanced Call Report is changing the time selector from minutes to seconds concerning our client’s needs and requests. Now, you can easily filter the duration of the calls based on the seconds.
Searching based on call cost is now possible. Now you can easily run searches for calls with certain cost values.
DID/DNIS capability has been added to the Advanced Call Report. If you are using your telecommunication possibilities to use several phone numbers simultaneously, then by using this capability, you can find out about the phone numbers at which your clients called.
With the help of the new Advanced Call Report capabilities, you can now run searches based on the waiting time before a call is answered. For example, you may like to have access to all the calls answered after 10 seconds of the phone ringing.
Being able to run searches based on the caller’s name has also been added to the Advanced Call Report. If your Teleco service provider shows the callers’ names, you have surely seen it in the ‘Caller name’ section.
Improvements
Advanced Call Report searches within a certain time range
One of the other requests of PBXDom’s users in terms of the Advanced Call Report was doing searches within a specific time range.
For example, you can access all the call information between hours 9 am to 3 pm for the current day.
As another example, you can also filter all the calls between 9 am to 3 pm during the entire week, except the calls falling between the hours of the first day after 9 am to the last day before 3 pm. This means that in the past, this report could bring you all the calls from a specific date and time to that particular date and time you were looking for.
You can easily have all the calls between 9 am to 3 pm during the entire last week.
Speed and performance increase of the PBXDom Collector software
Some of the customers tend to enter their previous years’ information. When the number of the files exceeded 100,000, they would experience a deficient speed and poor performance. In the latest version of this month, the PBXDom collector has been developed to process over 500,000 files.
Increased API accessibility speed
With the increased number of simultaneous servers, now you can have access to your dashboards, generate reports, and so on faster.
