Another widget in the PBXDOM service is Call Type. This widget draws the pie chart for
incoming calls, outgoing calls, and missed calls.
With a look at the widget, you will easily notice the type of calls in the period chosen for the widgets, and you will easily notice if your unanswered calls increase.
Pie Chart can be stored as an image and pdf file. If you have the Enterprise PBXDOM plan, you can filter the data based on an organizational unit in Widgets Settings.
